The Design Criteria Package attached hereto as EXHIBIT A sets forth comprehensive requirements regarding surveys, explorations, design, construction, and adjacent residential/commercial/municipal access during construction, requirements relative to project management, scheduling, and coordination with other agencies and entities such as state and local government, utilities and permitting agencies, and the public.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE. The City has scheduled a non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference for this Solicitation for AUGUST 19, 2024 at 11:00 A.M., at 1805 NE 30th Avenue, Building 600, Ocala, Florida 34470. Proposers are encouraged to attend this conference to obtain important information relative to this Solicitation. All attendees are required to sign-in.
